Permit to Work (PTW) Coordinator

 Position: Permit to Work (PTW) Coordinator

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • Previous experience working on Qatargas projects as a contractor or subcontractor.
  • Proficient in managing a PTW portfolio.
  • Capable of raising PTWs on behalf of other disciplines when necessary and can act as a PTW applicant or receiver.
  • Skilled in addressing client concerns and queries related to PTWs.
  • Ability to facilitate interfaces between the client and the internal team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Proficient in managing a weekly portfolio of PTWs, including those raised, open, and completed.
  • Competent in planning and managing future PTWs in accordance with timelines.
  • A strong understanding of construction scope in all disciplines to effectively raise PTWs.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must have a valid visa and Qatar ID (QID).
  • Work location: Ras Laffan, Qatar.
  • This position is open for local hiring in Qatar only. Potential candidates who are currently in Qatar are encouraged to apply.
