1. Executive Secretary
Job Description: Are you an experienced Executive Secretary with a proven track record of supporting C-level executives? If so, we want to hear from you. As an Executive Secretary, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team.
Minimum Requirements:
- University degree and professional qualifications relevant to the role.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience supporting C-level executives.
- Excellent proficiency in both English and Arabic (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms.
Preferred:
- Minimum of 5 years exposure to global energy industries/sectors.
- Exposure to international companies with large complexity and a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge and/or exposure to Qatar or other Gulf regions.
2. Billing Officer
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Billing Officer to join our team. If you have a strong background in healthcare billing and insurance, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
- 5 years of Billing experience, including 4 or more years in hospital/healthcare billing and healthcare insurance.
- 3 or more years of billing experience, preferably in the GCC.
- Proven experience in generating inpatient and outpatient bills on a large scale.
- Good understanding of Billing, Claim Processing, and Insurance Modules.
- 3 or more years of experience with billing systems/modules in a hospital setup.
Qualifications:
- Minimum possession of a Graduate Degree, preferably in Accounting.
- Candidates with a master's degree in finance and accounting, and post-graduation qualifications like MBA or M.com, will receive additional consideration.

- Candidates must be available in Qatar with a valid QID (Qatar ID) and NOC (No Objection Certificate).
