Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in architectural design.Required Skills
- Excellent architectural design and 3D visualization skills.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Adobe Suite.
- Communication and teamwork skills.
- Project management and client coordination experience.
- Ability to produce detailed 2D / 3D drawings, plans, layouts.
- Understanding of local building codes and laws.
- In this role, you will play a key role in creating designs for many of the company's key projects.
- Create innovative designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Prepare 2D and 3D drawings and layouts.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors to fulfill project requirements.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee design implementation and work with the on-site project team.
- Keep up to date with the latest architectural trends and software updates.
