1.Planning & Project Engineer
Job Description:
Madre Integrated Engineering is currently looking for talented Planning & Project Engineers. Candidates with experience working on large EPC and LNG projects would be a good fit for this position.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Work collaboratively with Engineering, Procurement and Construction teams.
Prepare project progress and contingency plans and report to management.
Support Project Manager in Procurement & Subcontractor Coordination tasks.
Prepare method statements, ITPs and other documentation.
Resolve technical issues with clients and contractors.
Qualifications:
Degree in Electrical Engineering or Control Systems Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Planning and Engineering field.
In-depth knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Knowledge of PLC, SCADA or DCS Systems is an advantage.
Experience in Qatar Energy / LNG / EPC Projects is a plus.
2.Administrative Assistant – HSSE Department
📍Location: Qatar
🕒Job Start: Immediate (Immediate Joining)
Job Description:
Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for an Administrative Assistant for the HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) Department. The main role of this job is document maintenance, data updating and maintaining safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining documents, files and reports of the HSSE department.
Proper Data Entry and Record Tracking and keeping them safe.
Updating Compliance Reports and Safety Records and providing them to the management.
Adhering to ISO Standards and company regulations.
Qualifications:
Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the HSSE field (Shipyard / Maritime Industry).
NEBOSH Certification is a must.
Good document management skills.
Must be available to work immediately.
