Key Responsibilities
As our Hr Manager people & Telant you'll take the lead in:
People culture & Engagement
Creating a workplace where everyone feels welcome,supported and Valued for their unique perspective.
Speaking energy and commitment across all our teams by championing initiatives that support their health and happiness
Performance & Development
Creating straightforward performance and review processes that help our people grow and succeed
Finding out what skills our teams need, then providing the best training and coaching to help our leaders shine
planning ahead to make sure we always have the right talent ready to step up and lead our company into the future.
What You'll Need to Succeed (Requirements):
Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of progressively responsible HR experience, with a strong focus on performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
Location: Prior experience working in a Group or multi-business environment within Qatar/GCC is highly preferred.
Impact: A proven track record of successfully implementing HR programs that genuinely improved culture, retention, and performance metrics. Experience using HRIS is also essential.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Certification : A Master's degree or a professional certification (like CIPD or SHRM) is a plus!
