Position: IT Support & Systems Administrator
Location: Doha, Qatar

As our IT Support & Systems Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our Doha office - maintaining, securing, and optimizing the systems that power our business.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be our go-to expert for all things IT from managing systems and servers to supporting users and keeping our network secure.
1. Systems & Server Management
Take full ownership of our Windows Server environment - including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and user accounts).
Handle data backup and recovery, ensuring nothing important ever gets lost.
2. Network & Security
Keep our systems connected and running - managing routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Lead on cybersecurity, including patching, antivirus management, and enforcing security best practices.
3. IT Support & Troubleshooting
Provide responsive Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware and software issues (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.).
Manage the helpdesk/ticketing system, keeping issues organized and communication clear.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience ([Insert Number] years) in IT Support and System Administration.
Strong expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory.
Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls).
Excellent communication skills in English — clear,friendly,and professional.
Currently in or willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar.
