Payroll Administration: Managing the payroll process, including monthly deductions, is a critical part of your role. Your attention to detail ensures employees are compensated accurately and on time.

Pay-Related Transactions: From handling pay-related transactions to collaborating with the Finance department on payroll matters, you'll oversee all aspects of employee compensation.

IT and HR Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration with the IT department are essential for managing employee accounts and access to HR systems.

HR Dashboard and Reporting: You'll administer the HR dashboard and provide HR management with insightful reports, including Management Information System (MIS) and Metric Reports.

Documentation and Filing: Keeping HRIS-related documentation up to date, maintaining employee records, and supporting filing and archiving are crucial for maintaining an organized HR department.

Residence Permit and Contracts: You'll monitor residence permit records, initiate applications for labor contracts, and facilitate Hamad health card processes efficiently.

Year-End Processes: Administering performance and reward year-end processes ensures that employees are recognized and rewarded appropriately.

Employee Record Management: Updating RP (Residence Permit), passport, sponsorship, and other relevant employee records in MENA is a key responsibility.
