Position: Reconciliation Team Leader Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Medical Insurance
- Strong people management skills
Position: Reconciliation Officer Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Medical Insurance
Preferred candidates can be from either local or overseas locations and should be available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciling medical-related rejections from insurance companies.
- Gathering justifications from doctors and collecting patient files for various purposes.
- Verifying deductibles and co-payments to ensure they are correctly reflected in the invoices.
- Contacting patients to request necessary documents for attachment.
- Maintaining effective coordination with insurance coordinators, as well as departments such as Laboratory, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, and Radiology, for approvals and other relevant matters.
- Distributing and filing memos to all concerned departments, particularly those related to insurance.
- Adding new sub-companies under specific insurance companies and updating policy and expiry dates.
- Providing updated pricing information for requested procedures.
- Performing any other job-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
