We are currently seeking suitable candidates to outsource for the following positions in Doha, Qatar. Please note that applicants must be available locally.
Position 1: Manpower Planning Analyst Responsibilities:
- Maintain the organizational structure of the company by timely updating occupancy and vacancy information resulting from hiring, termination, resignation, transfer, and promotion.
- Generate accurate reports based on the updated organizational structure.
- Update and maintain position and organizational structure records within the HRIS.
- Review organizational structure changes and prepare a summary of the impact of these changes.
- Support business units in the annual manpower budget preparation.
- Provide manpower utilization efficiency reports and analytics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Knowledge of organizational development and HR planning.
- Familiarity with Qatar Labor Laws & Regulations.
- Experience in HRIS administration.
- Proficiency in business process analysis.
Position 2: Talent Management Specialist Responsibilities:
- Research, analyze, develop, implement, and operationalize Talent Management Strategy.
- Build and retain a high-performance workforce.
- Oversee Learning & Development, National Development, Management and Leadership Development, Career Planning, Succession Planning, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement policies, programs, and processes under the Talent Management umbrella.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the public services industry.
- HR expertise and knowledge of organizational development and HR planning.
- Familiarity with Qatar Labor Laws & Regulations.
- Proficiency in performance management and employee engagement.
